Refund Policy 

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- Product is damaged in transit  
- Wrong item delivered  
- Manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind  
- Minor color variations  
- Installed or used products  
- Custom or made-to-order lights

Replacement Policy
Eligible cases will receive:
- Free replacement  
OR  
- Store credit (if replacement unavailable)

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- Replacement is not possible  
- Order is cancelled before shipping

Refund timeline:
- UPI/Card: 5–7 business days  
- COD: Bank transfer within 5 days

Return Shipping
- If issue is ours → Free return  
- If customer initiated → Shipping charges apply

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.  
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
